2. OUR PRODUCTS
Anumul supplies premium animal supplements and complementary feeds designed to support animals through different stages of life, development and performance.
Our ranges include products for breeding, early development, everyday nutritional support and active or performance dogs.
KING K9 by Anumul is our performance-focused range while benefiting from its place within the wider Anumul brand.
Product information, feeding directions and ingredients are provided on individual product pages and/or product packaging.
Our products are intended for animal use only and should be used in accordance with the directions provided.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, our products are complementary feeds or nutritional supplements and are not veterinary medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
If you are concerned about an animal’s health or are unsure whether a product is suitable, you should seek advice from a veterinary professional.
3. ORDERS
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive confirmation using the contact details supplied during checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable.
- Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed.
- We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
- We are unable to fulfil the order.
If payment has already been taken for an order that we subsequently cancel, the appropriate refund will be issued.
4. PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are shown in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
5. DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur that are outside our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address supplied when placing an order is complete and correct.
Where an order has been dispatched but has not arrived, please contact us with your order number.
Where Royal Mail or another delivery provider requires a specified period to pass before a parcel can officially be treated as lost, we may need to wait until that period has passed before issuing a replacement or refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
For eligible purchases made online, you generally have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel or return it, subject to any exclusions permitted by law.
To request a return, please contact us before sending the item back.
Returned products should be unused, unopened and in their original packaging where applicable.
For reasons of hygiene, health protection and product integrity, certain sealed products may not be eligible for return once their seal has been broken, where permitted by law.
This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not as described.
Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise, customers may be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning products.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method after the returned goods have been received and processed.
Nothing within this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
