We hope you’re happy with your Anumul order. If you need to return an item, please contact us at info@anumul.shop before sending anything back.

Changed your mind?

If you purchase online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the goods.

To request a return, please email info@anumul.shop with your:

• Order number
• Full name
• Reason for return

We will then provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Opened products

For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, we may not be able to accept returns of products that have been opened or have had their seal broken, where a legal exemption applies.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong product, please contact info@anumul.shop as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and photographs where appropriate so we can resolve the issue for you.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will let you know when your refund has been processed.

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Return postage

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or we have agreed otherwise, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been completed.
